We’ve taken the classic pasta fagioli recipe we grew up with and tweaked it to fit todays vegan tastes. Imported Italian tomatoes, fresh spices, canellini beans and a pinch of red pepper flakes make it reminiscient of a meal enjoyed long ago. Simply heat and enjoy over pasta or rice.
