Crab Chesapeake Penne Pasta with Victoria Pasta Marinara Sauce

Ingredients

  • Victoria Pasta Marinara Sauce
  • 1/2 pounds penne pasta
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 pound fresh Maryland lump crab
  • 1 tablespoon seafood seasoning
  • 1 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • Fresh chopped parsley for garnish
  • Fresh Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions

First, cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Meanwhile, melt butter in a large skillet and sauté garlic. Add crab meat to the skillet, season with seafood seasoning, and cook. Then, add fresh chopped basil and stir. The last step in the cooking process is to add Victoria Pasta Sauce to the skillet. Drain pasta and add to skillet, making sure to toss the pasta to coat thoroughly in the sauce. Finally, garnish with fresh chopped parsley and freshly grated Parmesan cheese to serve.
