- Heat olive oil in large nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Add pancetta, carrots, celery, onion, garlic and salt and cook 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Add beef and cook, breaking up beef until browned, about 5 minutes. Add wine and simmer 2 minutes. Add milk and cook 3 minutes until reduced slightly.
- Add Victoria Marinara Sauce and chicken broth and simmer 15 minutes. Toss Bolognese with fusilli and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
Use a combination of beef and pork for a richer flavor.
