Steak with Gorgonzola and Marinara

Steak with Gorgonzola and Marinara


  • 2 cup Marinara Sauce
  • 2 strip steaks, about 12oz. each
  • 10 oz baby spinach
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 oz gorgonzola or blue cheese, crumbled


  1. Season steak
    with salt and pepper. Grill or broil
    to desired doneness.


  2. Meanwhile,
    heat olive oil in large nonstick skillet. Add spinach and cook 4 minutes or just until wilted.
  3. Heat marinara sauce separately.
  4. To serve,
    spoon sauce onto platter, top with spinach, steak and gorgonzola.
