In a pan, warm up oil on medium heat. When hot,, add the bell peppers. Let them cook for about 1 minute and then add in your shallots.
After another minute or so, add in the garlic and crushed red pepper flakes.
Mix well and pour in your Victoria Marinara Sauce. Add salt/black pepper per taste.
When the sauce is warm and cooked through, take it off the stove and pour into an oven safe baking dish.
Add your block of feta right in the middle of the sauce. Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, and then broil for 3-5 minutes. Check on it every minute or so when broiling. When it’s charred on the top, that’s when it’s done!
Garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and serve with naan or sliced baguette!
