Cook Time: 25 Minutes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 clove garlic, chopped
- 1/2 cup vodka
- 1 jar Marinara Sauce
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp
- 1 (12 to 16 oz.) package fresh or frozen ravioli, cooked according to package directions
- Heat oil in medium nonstick skillet and cook onion 4 minutes or until tender. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds. Add vodka and simmer 1 minute.
- Stir in Victoria® Marinara Sauce and bring to a boil. Simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in heavy cream and crushed red pepper.
- Serve over hot ravioli with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh basil if desired.
