Easy Baked Gnocchi Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground sausage
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 3 cups small broccoli florets
  • 1 jar (24 oz.) Victoria®️ Low Sodium Marinara Sauce
  • 6 cups fresh or frozen gnocchi
  • 8 ounces fresh mozzarella, torn into pieces, divided
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Heat large nonstick skillet over medium heat and cook sausage and onion until browned, about 5 minutes, making sure to crumble the sausage as it cooks. Remove sausage, leaving any drippings in skillet.
  2. Add broccoli florets and cook 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender crisp. Remove.
  3. Stir in Victoria®️ Low Sodium Marinara Sauce and gnocchi and bring to a boil. Simmer 5 minutes. Stir in half the mozzarella and all the Parmesan cheese.
  4. Spread gnocchi mixture into 2-quart baking dish; top with remaining mozzarella. Bake 20 minutes or until bubbling. Sprinkle with basil before serving.
