- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 4 (6-ounce) wil salmon fillets
- 2 cup Vodka Sauce
- 1 tbsp fresh basil
- 1 tbsp flat-leaf parsley
- Kosher salt and pepper, to taste
- Preheat oven 375°. In a nonstick skillet, heat oil. Season salmon with salt and pepper and cook over medium-high heat, skin side down, until skin is crisp, 5 to 6 minutes.
- Pour Victoria® Vodka Sauce into skillet and place skillet in the oven. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes. Serve the salmon topped with the vodka sauce, plus fresh basil and parsley.
