Steak with Gorgonzola and Marinara Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 cup Marinara Sauce
- 2 strip steaks, about 12oz. each
- 10 oz baby spinach
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 oz gorgonzola or blue cheese, crumbled
Directions

Season steak
with salt and pepper. Grill or broil
to desired doneness. - Meanwhile,
heat olive oil in large nonstick skillet. Add spinach and cook 4 minutes or just until wilted. - Heat marinara sauce separately.

To serve,
spoon sauce onto platter, top with spinach, steak and gorgonzola.
