Vegan Veggie Pizzas Recipe

Ingredients
- 6 English muffins
- 12 oz Vegan Alfredo Red Pepper Sauce
- 8 oz mozzarella-style vegan cheese shreds
- Dried oregano flakes, to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Separate English muffins and toast lightly on both sides.
- Spoon 2-3 tablespoons of Vegan Alfredo Red Pepper Sauce on to each muffin half.
- Sprinkle lightly with oregano and top with vegan cheese shreds, light, medium or extra vegan cheesy, depending on your preference.
- Place in oven for 3-6 minutes until sauce is heated and cheese is soft and gooey.
- Allow to cool a few minutes before eating.
