Gnocchi With Red Pepper Alfredo
- Yield: 4 to 6
- 18 oz Vegan Alfredo Red Pepper Sauce
- 24 oz fresh or frozen potato gnocchi
- Veggie cheese sprinkles, if desired
- Fresh basil, for garnish
- Cook gnocchi according to package directions. Drain well.
- Warm Vegan Alfredo Red Pepper Sauce and pour over cooked gnocchi.
- Top with veggie cheese and fresh basil, if desired. Serve immediately.
